Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CarAnalytic website, online platform, and digital vehicle intelligence services operated by CarAnalytic USA LTD (“CarAnalytic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting a Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”), purchasing a product, or using any service provided through our platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About CarAnalytic

CarAnalytic USA LTD operates a web-based vehicle intelligence platform that processes Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) information and available vehicle records to generate digital vehicle intelligence reports.

Our platform uses automated software, data processing, matching, organization, and report-generation technology to present available vehicle information in a structured and easy-to-understand format.

CarAnalytic provides digital vehicle information for informational and research purposes. We do not physically inspect, test, repair, finance, insure, sell, or appraise vehicles.

2. Our Products and Services

CarAnalytic provides digitally generated vehicle intelligence reports based on information available to our platform at the time a report is requested.

Depending on the product purchased and the availability of records associated with the submitted VIN, a report may include information such as:

  • Vehicle specifications

  • VIN-related information

  • Title information

  • Registration information, where available

  • Odometer records

  • Title brands

  • Reported accident or damage records

  • Theft-related records

  • Auction records

  • Recall information

  • Total-loss or salvage-related records

  • Other available vehicle-history information

The exact contents of a report may vary depending on the vehicle, jurisdiction, data source, and availability of records.

Purchasing a particular report package does not guarantee that every category of information listed above will be available for every vehicle.

3. Automated Platform and Report Generation

CarAnalytic uses automated software systems to process submitted VIN information, match available vehicle records, organize available information, and generate digital reports.

When a customer submits a VIN, the platform processes the submitted information and attempts to identify and retrieve relevant records available to the system.

The resulting information is organized into a structured digital vehicle intelligence report.

The report is generated from information available to the platform at the time of processing and may therefore vary between vehicles.

4. Data Sources and Third-Party Information

CarAnalytic uses authorized automotive data sources and third-party vehicle information providers in connection with its services.

Where applicable, CarAnalytic maintains the necessary rights, licenses, agreements, or other authorizations required to access and use information supplied through its platform.

Information obtained from third-party sources may be subject to limitations imposed by the applicable source, jurisdiction, reporting requirements, or historical availability of records.

CarAnalytic does not control the creation, maintenance, correction, or availability of third-party records.

The absence of a particular record in a report does not necessarily mean that the corresponding event did not occur.

5. Data Availability and Limitations

Vehicle-history information is dependent upon records that have been reported, recorded, digitized, transmitted, and made available to the data sources used by our platform.

Accordingly, CarAnalytic does not guarantee that a report will contain every historical event associated with a vehicle.

Information may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, outdated, or inaccurate due to circumstances outside CarAnalytic’s control.

For example, the absence of an accident, damage, theft, title, registration, or odometer record does not necessarily establish that such an event never occurred.

Customers should consider the report together with other appropriate due diligence before making a vehicle purchasing decision.

6. Informational Purpose Only

CarAnalytic reports are provided for informational and research purposes only.

A CarAnalytic report is not:

  • A mechanical inspection

  • A physical vehicle inspection

  • A professional appraisal

  • A guarantee of a vehicle’s physical condition

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Insurance advice

  • Financing advice

  • A guarantee that a vehicle is safe, roadworthy, or suitable for purchase

  • A substitute for independent professional due diligence

Customers should arrange an independent physical and mechanical inspection where appropriate before purchasing a used vehicle.

7. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the VIN submitted during checkout is correct and corresponds to the vehicle you intend to research.

CarAnalytic is not responsible for information relating to a different vehicle where an incorrect VIN has been submitted by the customer.

You are also responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address for digital delivery.

Customers must not submit information that they do not have a lawful right to submit or use.

8. Orders and Product Pricing

CarAnalytic products may be offered as one-time digital purchases or through other pricing arrangements expressly displayed at checkout.

The applicable product description, price, currency, and purchase terms will be displayed before the transaction is completed.

Product prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and agree to these Terms and the applicable policies displayed or linked at checkout.

9. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Where CarAnalytic uses Paddle as its payment and Merchant of Record provider, payment processing and the applicable transaction relationship are subject to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms, refund policy, privacy notice, and other applicable Paddle policies.

Paddle may appear on a customer’s payment statement, receipt, or transaction documentation.

Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for applicable payment processing, sales-tax/VAT handling, and other Merchant of Record functions associated with the transaction.

CarAnalytic remains responsible for providing and fulfilling the purchased digital product in accordance with the product description and these Terms.

10. Digital Product Delivery

CarAnalytic provides digital products.

Following successful payment and processing, the purchased report is generated electronically and delivered to the email address provided during checkout or made available through the delivery method specified at the time of purchase.

The time required to generate and deliver a report may vary depending on system availability, data-source response times, technical conditions, and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address supplied during checkout is correct and capable of receiving our communications.

If a customer does not receive a purchased report within the stated delivery timeframe, the customer should contact CarAnalytic support so that we can investigate the issue.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to applicable law, the applicable Paddle refund policy where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, and the circumstances of the individual transaction.

Where Paddle processes a transaction as Merchant of Record, refund requests should generally be submitted through the customer support or refund process provided by Paddle.

CarAnalytic will cooperate with Paddle in resolving legitimate refund requests and product-related issues.

The absence of a particular historical record or limited information for a particular VIN does not, by itself, establish that the digital report was not provided as described.

However, customers may be entitled to a refund where required by applicable law or where the purchased product cannot be provided because of a material technical or fulfillment failure attributable to CarAnalytic.

Examples of circumstances that may qualify for review include:

  • A duplicate transaction

  • A material technical failure preventing report generation

  • Failure to deliver the purchased report due to an issue attributable to CarAnalytic

  • A product materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase

  • Other circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law or the applicable payment provider’s policies

Incorrect VIN submissions or incorrect customer email addresses may affect refund eligibility where the purchased service was successfully processed using the information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights applicable to a customer.

12. Customer Complaints and Support

We encourage customers to contact CarAnalytic before escalating a product-related concern.

Our support team will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate complaints relating to:

  • Order processing

  • Report generation

  • Report delivery

  • Technical problems

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Product description issues

When contacting support, customers should provide sufficient information to identify the relevant transaction, such as the email address used for the order, VIN, order reference, or transaction details.

We aim to acknowledge customer support requests promptly and generally respond within 2 business days.

Complex investigations may require additional time where information must be obtained from third-party data providers or payment providers.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials.

Purchasing a report does not transfer ownership of the CarAnalytic platform, software, database structure, report template, methodology, branding, or other intellectual property.

We may temporarily suspend access where necessary to maintain, secure, repair, or improve the platform.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the CarAnalytic website, platform, and reports are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

  • Use of a report will result in a particular purchasing, financial, insurance, or other outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarAnalytic USA LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from your use of the website, platform, or reports.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarAnalytic USA LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

20. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how CarAnalytic collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information and vehicle-related information.

Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, information submitted through Paddle’s checkout may also be processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s applicable privacy documentation.

CarAnalytic may modify, improve, update, replace, or discontinue features of the platform from time to time.

Where reasonably necessary, we may change the data sources, technical infrastructure, report format, interface, or functionality used to provide our services.

Changes will not affect a completed order where doing so would materially deprive the customer of the product purchased.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, legal requirements, or payment-provider requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Important Information About CarAnalytic Reports

CarAnalytic reports are generated using automated software and information available from the data sources used by our platform.

The absence of a particular record does not establish that the corresponding event did not occur.

Customers should conduct appropriate independent due diligence, including an independent physical or mechanical inspection where appropriate, before purchasing a vehicle.

CarAnalytic does not guarantee the condition, value, safety, roadworthiness, ownership status, or future performance of any vehicle.
